20 years ago it took an incredible cross-effort to manufacture an entire product line that could enable the final user to address all his possibilities from 40A to 1000A.

We designed the Naxsopower looking at different attributes of the product and some of these attributes were materials and forms connected to those materials. That's why we decided to come up with the same housing-width and the same extrusion process for all the enclosures. When forms develop with that sort of reason and are not just arbitrary shapes it feels almost inevitable, it feels almost undesigned.

So we entered a complex and ambitious manufacturing process as we needed to manage the space inside very carefully with an extraordinary level of fit and finish.

JOINT

On of the biggest challenges our engineers faced was how to join two lenghts of the Naxsopower. The enclosure is so thin and sturdy and we didn't want to get it from welded pieces using traditional methods. So we searched wide for other ideas and we found one that perfectly combines the two joints and simply can't fail. With BPG overlapping the conductors and torquing a lateral bolt will result into a pressure between the two aluminum surfaces. A seamless, precise and superstrong joint. This operation is even easier if we refer to the BP where only an upstream pressure is required to secure the joint. To finalize a Power project has never been so simple and convenient.
