Starting off from scratch with Naxsosandwich implied that we needed to come out with a design we really loved but to implement it we had to look way beyond what we knew to be possible. If you have multiple parts then you have size and weight and increase the opportunity for failure. The breakthrough was to remove all the redundant parts creating something genuily essential and disconnecting from the past.

To achieve this we pushed and pushed ourselves on trying to figure out a hierarchy of what is important and what is not hiding all the things that are vying from your attention. We machine all the surfaces and the parts of the enclosures. These processes create a dramatic distinction and enable a level of precision unheard in this sector.

Thanks to all these steps we can now offer a superb line of busbars ranging from 1200A up to 6300A which will convince you in terms of quality and price.

Naxso Sandwich is a fully insulated compact busway that incorporates pure aluminium conductors assembled to reduce to the minimum the impedance figures, outperforming on the strenght and short-circuit datas.

Steel made housing with sleeves to add stiffness, allowing an increase of sleeve number under demand. Doing this any operator can boost the base strenght in short-circuit (70Ka x 1s) to 120Ka doubling the number of sleeves. High-capability joint with tempered washers, efficient strenght and temperature insulation materials behaviour with aluminium conductors 120% than the conductors size.
